We are looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead and manage a Sales team of Account Managers. In this role, you will own and drive revenue by leading your team to acquire new customers through inbound and outbound marketing. You will work with your team to develop key partner relationships through onsite meetings, goal setting, planning, and partnership development activities.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Supervise and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity, pipeline, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets
- Build skills, confidence, and trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
- Work and collaborate with other sales managers
- Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, and marketing topics
